Ader USA was founded by Geoff Ader, a Professional Engineer (PE) with nearly a decade of firearms engineering experience and the President of the Society of Firearm Design Engineers (SFDE). Geoff's notable career includes his role as Chief R&D Engineer at Henry Repeating Arms, where he developed the Henry Lever Action Supreme Rifle (LASR), a new standard in lever-action performance.

 

Geoff leads Ader Development Center and offers consulting services in firearms design, manufacturing, and expert witness services.

His brother, Nicho (pronounced Nick-O), manages Ader Media, producing premium video and photo content for the firearms and outdoors industries. Alongside Nicho and under his leadership, Ader Media boasts a team of world-class videographers, photographers, drone pilots, animators, and pursuit vehicles.
