Geoff Ader, a Professional Engineer (PE) with nearly a decade of experience in firearms engineering and the current President of the Society of Firearm Design Engineers (SFDE), founded Ader Development Center (ADC) in 2024.
Geoff’s career includes his tenure as Chief R&D Engineer at Henry Repeating Arms, where he led the development of breakthrough products such as the Henry Lever Action Supreme Rifle (LASR), marking a new standard in lever action performance.

DECEMBER 2024
ADC receives its Federal Firearms License (FFL), a critical step that enables the company to legally manufacture, test, and distribute firearms and related components. This achievement opens the door for expanded research, innovation, and collaboration within the firearms industry.
